TP 600 series thermal pad is naturally sticky silicone based fiberglass coated insulation conductive material which is used to fill air gaps between
heat generating components and heat sinks. High thermal conductivity silicone pad TP600 is a high thermal conductivity, ultra-high ceramic filling (non-metallic) gasket, high deformation, both good processing. It wont deform or break whether punching or die cut. It has been controlled by low permeability oil for ultra-high fever equipment, and comes with a slight sticky, easy construction. It can replace Fujipoly XR-e , Laird Tflex 800, Bergquist GP5000.
