Thermal Conductive Adhesive Tape TCT120 is made of glass fiber cloth which filled by high performacen acrylic pressure sensitive glue with high thermal conductive ceramic particle coated.

Thermal Conductive Adhesive Tape TCT120 is made of glass fiber cloth which filled by high performacen acrylic pressure sensitive glue with high thermal conductive ceramic particle coated.
It is designed to provide a preferential heat transfer path between heat-generating components and heat sinks or other cooling devices.
It has good thermal conductivity, good flexibility, compressibility and strong viscosity properties.
Heat conductive double-sided adhesive can be used as soon as possible when the pressure can be immediately bonded, the bonding performance, bonding strength with time and temperature and pressure increases. Conductive double-sided adhesive TCT120 glass fiber cloth can be cut into any shape of the product, and can be pre-affixed to a surface for future use.
It can replace Bergquist Bond-Ply 100,3M 8805,3M8810.
