Power cell thermal conductive silicone pad TP-P20 / P20S,it's high insulation, anti-EMI, with thermal conductivity of 1.2 ~ 3.0W / mK, thickness of 0.3 ~ 5.0mm, the use of temperature -50 ~ 200 ℃, withstand voltage 15KV.
Thermal battery thermal pad TP -P20 / P20S has a high amount of deformation at low pressure, so that the body design has a very low stress accumulation, the control of low permeability oil can be applied to the vertical display of 24-hour operation of the equipment, it's self-adhesive, which can be installed easily, and it's also non-corrosive on metal surface, completely non-toxic, which comes in line with international green ROHS, SS-00259, and IPC / JEDECJ-STD-709 standard.
